What is the Fight for Sight Fund? Retina South Africa is a registered Non Profit Organisation created to help those who are visually handicapped due to RP and other types of degeneration of the retina. It is a self-help group which seeks to assist its members to cope with their visual problems. It also serves as a fund-raising body mainly through its branches. The money raised is used to fund research into the causes of retinal degenerations and to create public awareness of these disorders.
